Itinerary
We have carefully planned out each day of your tour to provide you with a first hand information as to how you have to go about it. Right from pick up from the airport, transfer to Hotel, to day wise excursions, we have it tailor made for you. Special emphasis has been given for your meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). This is a personal itinerary wherein you can just rest back, relax and enjoy.
A warm welcome awaits you on your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport as you will be received by our representative and transferred to Hotel ( 5 Star property). Overnight stay at Hotel.
Morning enjoy a lavish continental buffet breakfast at the hotel. Morning free for relaxing and getting over the jet lag. Replenish your taste buds with a buffet lunch at an authentic Delhi Restaurant (OPTIONAL) . After Lunch do sightseeing of India Gate, Parliament House, the President’s House, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple (Optional). Evening Free for shopping (optional) at Connaught Place. Later evening back to Hotel for Dinner (OPTIONAL) and overnight stay.
Early morning get ready to embark on your religious tour. Transfer to New Delhi Railway station for onward journey to Chandigarh in the prestigious Vandebharat Express/Shatabadi Express. Enjoy Breakfast in the train. Arrive at Chandigarh to be received by our representative who will guide you to your personal Chauffer driven SUV to start for your first destination – Anandpur, a place where Guru Gobind Singh ji founded the Khalsa Panth. Lunch enroute in a wonderful restaurant on the highway (OPTIONAL). Arrive at Anandpur and visit Gurudwara Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib and bow before the revered Guru Granth Sahib . After seeking blessings, move on for your final destination – Amritsar. Check in at hotel (5 star property) for your Buffet Dinner (OPTIONAL) and overnight stay.
Begin you day with a sumptuous buffet breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, your personal chauffer driven SUV will take you to visit the Golden Temple. Bow before the revered Guru Granth Sahib and enjoy in the divine premises. You can visit Central Sikh Museum, Dukh Bhanjani Beri, Akal Takht, Langar Hall within the premises of Golden Temple.
Visit the famous Jallianwala Bagh Memorial close to Golden Temple and pay homage to the martyrs who laid down their life for freedom of their country. Later have your lunch at an authentic Amritsari style Dhaba restaurant in the market near Golden Temple (OPTIONAL). You can also visit the Durgiana Temple (optional).
After lunch rest a while in your hotel and in late afternoon, your chauffer driven SUV will take you to witness a spectacular show – Beating the retreat Ceremony at the Wagha border. It’s an event not to be missed. With the memories of the extravagant show, return to your hotel for Dinner (OPTIONAL) and overnight stay.
Have a relaxed breakfast at your hotel. The day is free for your personal excursion of the city and shopping in the old Amritsar markets (Hall Bazar) or in the new Mall (Alpha One Mall). Your personal chauffer driven SUV will be at your disposal to take you to destinations of your choice.
Later have a tour of SADDA PIND which is a Punjabi Culture Living Village Museum spread across 12 acres of land. Enjoy traditional Punjabi shows and relish a Punjabi Buffet Lunch inside. Then in the evening your chauffer driven SUV will take you to a historical heritage site – The Gobindgarh Fort. Witness the spectacular light and sound show at the Fort. Back to your hotel for Dinner (OPTIONAL) and overnight stay.
All good things come to an end. It’s the day of your departure. Have your Buffet Breakfast at the hotel and take your time to pack your bags. Check out and have your Lunch at the hotel (OPTIONAL). Your personal SUV will transfer you to Amritsar International Airport for your flight to Delhi. Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi and board your flight back home.
