Moish Vacation Planners Private Limited believes in simple business ethics. Our Policies are simple and clear. Start to your hassle free trip to India commences with a hassle free booking process. We have designed straightforward policies which are listed below :
REPLY POLICY
We reply to your queries either telephonically or through Emails. All queries will be answered on the same day or within 24 hours. Our client response team operates 24X7 to get back to you as soon as possible. Our calls and Emails will be short and to the point.
ANTI SPAM POLICY
We send Emails concerned only with the particular tour being discussed. No unnecessary Promotional or Offer related Emails are sent. However if you wish, we can keep you updated with the latest tours being offered, but with your consent.
SERVICES OFFERED POLICY
The Company gives you a complete travel package from Arrival Airport till Departure Airport. All transfers both by road and by Domestic Air travel, all hotel stays (4 or 5 Star properties), all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), all entry tickets of monuments and services of tour guide, are included in the package. You pay only for your International Air tickets and Visa Fee.
HOTEL SELECTION POLICY
Hotel is the major component of your trip. We deal only with 4 and 5 star rating Hotels. The Company promoters themselves have visited most of the properties being offered and have even stayed in them to get the first hand experience of their hospitality. A highly sophisticated and professional model is followed to select the Hotels. Points taken into consideration for Hotel selection are location, food, services, price, cleanliness and value added services.
TOUR GUIDES AND TRANSPORT SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Tour guides being provided are English speaking and have expert knowledge of the culture and history of the place being visited. They are well behaved and have been handpicked by us. Likewise the Transport Service Providers have been selected based on their background check and reviews. The Vehicles being provided have been personally inspected and meet the transport safety standards. We provide only Air-conditioned chauffeurs driven SUVs.
PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICY

G.S.T. POLICY
We charge only GST on the final tour package amount applicable at the time of booking the tour. No other taxes of any sort are charged.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not charge Full Tour amount at the time of booking. Only 25% advance is charged. Balance 75% is charged 3 weeks prior to the tour commencement date. If tour is cancelled after booking but before 3 weeks of tour commencement date, 50% of the advance shall be refunded. After 3 weeks of tour commencement date but before 15 days of tour commencement date, 50% of the total tour price shall be refunded.
15 days from the date of tour, 100% of tour amount shall be considered as Cancellation charges and NO REFUNDS shall be given. We have tried to accommodate and adjust as best as we could, but as we ourselves have to make full payments to Hotels and Transport Service Providers, we cannot give any refund within 15 days of the tour date.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS POLICY
After the final tour itinerary is agreed upon to your complete satisfaction, you pay an advance amount of 25% of the full tour amount. We send you Invoice and you make payment in our Paypal Account or through our Credit Card Payment Link for deposit of Advance Booking amount (We accept all international Credit cards viz American Express, MasterCard, VISA and also bank transfers). On receipt of Advance Booking Amount, we book all the Hotels, Domestic Air Tickets, Transportation etc. and intimate you about the bookings within 7 days of receipt of payment. A separate email asking for your passport details is sent to book these.
You pay the balance 75% of the full tour amount along with applicable GST within 3 weeks of the commencement of tour by the same payment mode. On receipt of the Full and Final payment, we dispatch you an e-kit (includes final detailed itinerary, all booking vouchers) within 7 days of receipt of payment. All formalities are cleared before 7 days of commencement of your tour so that there are no last minute surprises. You then embark on your memorable journey with joy and a peaceful state of mind.
DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE POLICY
We work very hard, seriously and professionally to provide you with a memorable holiday trip. However, since we use third party services (Hotels, Transportation and Domestic Air transfers), in an unlikely event of any shortfall in your expectations, which is established, we would stand responsible for making appropriate refunds. The prerogative of establishing the deficiency/shortfall and deciding the extent of refunds lies on our service management team. All legal disputes are subject to Jalandhar Courts Jurisdiction only.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITES POLICY
We are not responsible in any way, for claims for injuries or losses a client might incur while traveling, as a result of accident while performing any of the adventure activities, transport or any activity while on travel. We are not responsible for any losses due to theft or any personal losses suffered by the client. We are also not responsible for any illness or sickness suffered by the client during the duration of the trip. All legal disputes are subject to Jalandhar Courts Jurisdiction only.
